We are hiring a Restaurant Floor Manager for Whalehouse Point in Watch Hill, Fire Island. This role reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant General Manager, focusing on leading a high-energy team, maintaining a seamless floor pace, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Run an Efficient Floor: Manage the dining room flow to ensure a seamless, high-energy pace that aligns perfectly with the kitchen's timing.
Uphold Steps of Service: Train, mentor, and monitor staff to ensure our strict steps of service are executed flawlessly every shift.
Build Guest Relationships: Welcome regulars, connect with new visitors, and act as the face of the restaurant on the floor.
Resolve Issues: Proactively address and resolve customer complaints with grace and professionalism to ensure every guest leaves happy.
Drive Excellence: Ultimately, your daily mission is to ensure the absolute best experience for our guests from the moment they walk in.
