Duties
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools while adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures

- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup for meal service
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing trash, and ensuring dining areas remain tidy and inviting
- Follow strict sanitation protocols to maintain kitchen health and safety standards, including proper manual handling of heavy items
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to uphold sanitation regulations
- Assist with food safety management practices by adhering to proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential!
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including lifting heavy loads such as pots, trays, or boxes
