Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations, physical assessments, and medical history reviews to identify musculoskeletal issues.
- Utilize chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based methods to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Manage acute pain conditions and provide effective pain medicine solutions tailored to individual patient needs.
- Perform patient observation and monitor progress through ongoing evaluations and adjustments to care plans.
- Incorporate healthcare diagnosis skills and musculoskeletal diagnostics to determine appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on occupational health initiatives and patient rehabilitation programs.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), documenting treatments, progress notes, and care plans efficiently.
- Educate patients on anatomy, physiology, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health outcomes.
- Stay current with medical imaging techniques and medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards by conducting thorough physical assessments and physical examinations during each visit.
Experience
- Proven experience in patient care within chiropractic or related musculoskeletal fields.
- Strong background in biomechanics, anatomy knowledge, and physiology knowledge essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in pain management experience, acute pain management strategies, and trigger point therapy techniques.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation and patient record management.
- Experience in client communication, providing clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans.
- Knowledge of medical imaging interpretation related to musculoskeletal diagnostics is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical assessments, physical examinations, and comprehensive patient assessments confidently.
