Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues
- Process orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and promote services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry tasks
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance client satisfaction
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer information effectively
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to better serve our diverse clientele
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proven sales experience is beneficial for promoting additional services
