Costa Advisory is a boutique construction consulting firm based in Irvine, California. We work across all construction sectors throughout North America, providing expert services in project controls advisory, schedule and delay analyses, claim preparation and evaluation, productivity analyses, damages quantification, and dispute resolution support.
We are currently seeking an Intermediate to Senior-level Construction Project Scheduler to support client engagements. This position begins as a contract role, with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate based on performance and business needs. The role specifically requires supporting client scheduling efforts on-site (based in the Atlanta, GA area).

What You'll Do

- Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6
- Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams to assess impacts and mitigation strategies
- Assist in preparation of written reports and schedule narratives for client deliverables
- Support any schedule delay analyses, time impact analyses (TIAs), and forensic schedule reviews
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of time extension requests, change orders, and/or REAs

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years of hands-on construction scheduling experience using Primavera P6
- Experience on heavy-civil projects exceeding $500M in value
- Experience on P3, IPD and/or design-build project delivery methods
- Experience incorporating design activities to construction schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Solid understanding of construction operations, scheduling methodology, and project controls principles
- Familiarity with construction change orders, time extension requests, REAs, and/or claims
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
