Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON):
Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
Minimum of two years of experience serving as a Director of Nursing.
Demonstrated experience in both skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
