Position Summary
The Logistics Associate (Temporary) plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse and distribution operations by processing inventory returns, issuing customer credits, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position ensures that SAP transactions match physical inventory, supports route reconciliation, and provides administrative assistance to maintain efficient logistics operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inventory returns and customer credits in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review and validate warehouse documentation before processing inventory credits.
- Receive and inspect returned products from delivery drivers, verifying physical inventory against supporting documentation.
- Process credits for damaged, defective, or returned merchandise following company procedures.
- Maintain photographic documentation and digital records of damaged product disposal.
- Review credit requests for pricing discrepancies, discounts, or adjustments when necessary.
- Prepare and submit approval documentation for credits exceeding company authorization limits.
- Organize and maintain manifests, invoices, and other logistics documentation.
- Identify pending deliveries or route discrepancies and communicate with the Logistics Analyst to coordinate rescheduling.
- Support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and reconciliation of warehouse transactions.
- Maintain organized records in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Drive.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse operational standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma required; Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, accounts payable, returns processing, or administrative logistics support.
- Previous experience performing physical inventory counts is required.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive inventory and financial information.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up boxes by using appropriate warehouse equipment when needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, humidity, and dust levels.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company safety procedures.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Full-time, Temporary Position
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
