Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, assess and treat patients with acute illnesses and injuries, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Triage patients based on the severity of their condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to emergencies.
- Assist physicians during examinations and emergency procedures.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
Requirements:
- Active RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexible to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
