What You'll Do:
- Represent the organization or department in filing, scanning, copying, data entry

Maintain accurate and complete filing of employee documentation

Compare corporate personnel files with branch office files of terminated employees make sure corporate files are complete

Search for and investigate information contained in files, insert additional data in file records to keep files current

Manage incoming material, verify accuracy, sort distribute and code information according to current procedures

Scan materials or copy records and examine materials for eligibility
-
Implement changes to the filing system as directed; dispose purged employee files in accordance with an established data retention schedule or legal requirements

Scan payroll reports; receive incoming mail/packages and deliver them to the addressee

Enter PCTP/MAT/BPM courses taken by employees into the HRIS system

Maintains list of labor law posters for offices and works with the labor law poster company regarding shipment as required

Other duties as assigned
