Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential and Office Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential homes and commercial office spaces. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain commercial office spaces by cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas efficiently and effectively.
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, upholstery cleaning, and sanitation procedures to ensure a healthy environment.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with custodial responsibilities in hotel or hospitality settings when required, ensuring guest satisfaction through impeccable cleanliness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work or hotel housekeeping management with a strong focus on quality service delivery.
- Skilled in various cleaning techniques including floor care (such as buffing or stripping), carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry operations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching comfortably.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure safe work practices.
- Previous experience with custodial duties in hospitality or office environments is highly desirable.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
