Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Professional Cleaning Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional cleaning services for homes in the Fishers, Carmel, and Noblesville areas. This position offers independence, consistent work hours, and the opportunity to develop your skills in various disciplines while earning excellent pay.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout each property
- Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently while respecting clients’ privacy and property
- Communicate effectively with clients to address specific cleaning needs or concerns
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning
Skills
- Proven work history with long-term employment.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality required.
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $600.00 - $900.00 per week
