We're looking for an Operations Maintenance Coordinator to serve as the key link between Operations and Maintenance. In this role, you'll help drive equipment reliability, prioritize maintenance activities, and coordinate work that supports production goals across our largest manufacturing facility. Job Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work to support safe, reliable operations.

Manage maintenance backlogs and assist with shutdown planning and scheduling.

Facilitate daily maintenance approval and scheduling meetings.

Review and evaluate work requests to ensure resources are focused on the highest priorities.

Track maintenance KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor equipment maintenance needs, preventive maintenance activities, and repairs.

Support reliability programs and help drive adherence to maintenance processes.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience

Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Experience using EAM/CMMS systems; Infor EAM experience is a plus.

Knowledge of maintenance management principles, including preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.
