European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.
Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
Strong sales and guest service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets
Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus
Availability to work evenings and weekends

Full-Time Employees - Other Compensation & Benefits
Paid Time Off (PTO): Accruals are based on role classification and years of service:
Oregon Sick Leave (OSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
Paid Leave Oregon (PLO): Participation in the state-mandated wage-replacement program for family, medical, or safe leave.
Health & Wellness: Eligible for group medical, dental, and vision insurance the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
Retirement: Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) plan.
