This is a great opportunity to work with involved owner-managers at a 366 unit complex that we maintain very well. Must have all tools and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 24hr on-call service (paid time and a half)
- HVAC repairs, full installs, and preventative maintenance
- Tub stems, faucets, manifolds, tub drain, diverters, in wall plumbing
- Complete cabinet, sheetrock, door repair, and other carpentry repairs
- Complete make ready items in vacant units
- Work at the direction of our Property Manager and Owners
- Communicate respectfully with tenants and property managers
- Complete work orders properly and in a timely fashion
- Maintain a clean working environment in the shop
- Learn new skills and earn new certifications
- Maintain high work ethic and solve problems
Qualification
- Apartment complex maintenance experience required.
- EPA license required.
Compensation
- Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and willingness to work hard.
