Technician / Sales Associate

Position Role:
This role is focused on the sales operations with some technician repairs at our location and previous repair knowledge is not needed. Training will be provided to get you up to speed with troubleshooting and other diagnostic processes to get customers checked in efficiently.
We provide commission pay for ATC (Asurion Tech Care) enrollments and accessory sales, we are looking for someone capable of taking advantage of this structure. You can get some pretty get bonuses!

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose & troubleshoot devices to be repaired
- Provide recommendations for problem resolution through repair or extended warranty products
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
- Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
- Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- Capable of generating sales and gathering positive reviews
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store
