Job Description
As a Warehouse Associate, you will work within our Warehouse and Shipping team to fulfill orders and deliver a WOW! experience for our customers, while wearing many different hats. A typical day will have you working in our warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, organizing, counting, or any other inventory task. You will distribute products to the right place either in the warehouse, the store's floor, or to the Customer Service team. You will also be interacting with customers directly who pick up their completed orders - we will need you to bring your A+ customer service each day! You never know who you will be working with each day...from the Chief of Police to the next up and coming chef, and everyone in between!
You will also pick products for our online customers, process returns, and merchandise our store. It is never a boring day at Ace!
Primary Responsibilities
- Always performs work safely and maintain a clean work environment
- Receive vital products into Ace's inventory system on time
- Provide exceptional customer service that makes the customer go WOW!
- Stock product in the warehouse for effectiveness and efficiency
- Merchandise and restock product to positively impact sales
- Answer telephone calls with professionalism
- Resolve customer and co-workers' questions quickly and effectively
- Work with other departments in the company to create efficient team support
- Picks items for shipping out to customers on time
- Processes returns quickly to remove old product from the store
- Data entry
- Work on special projects - There is always an opportunity to make things better!
Basic Qualifications

- Physical requirements - Standing 90% of time on job, sitting 5%, kneeling 5%, lifting 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year working in a warehouse environment
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with Law Enforcement, Medical, or Hospitality professionals
- Experience working in the uniform and accessories industry
- Heavy data entry will be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
