Key Responsibilities
- Expert Operation: Perform high-quality pressure washing on commercial buildings, sidewalks, driveways, and drone building cleaning on weekends.
- Equipment Mastery: Conduct pre- and post-use inspections to ensure all machinery is functioning perfectly.
- Chemical Safety: Utilize professional cleaning agents and degreasers safely and effectively.
- Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Safety First: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Verifiable Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Pressure Washing experience (Required).
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on ladders.
- Year-Round Commitment: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, 12 months a year (rain, heat, or cold).
- Professionalism: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a focus on safety.
- Availability: Must be comfortable with long workdays and weekend shifts and occasional travel.
