Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for developing new business, building lasting customer relationships, and representing SPEEGO's sourcing and logistics services to commercial clients across the United States. Because this position primarily serves SPEEGO's Vietnamese-speaking business clients, the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in Vietnamese is essential to performing the role successfully. Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing customers to educate them on SPEEGO's products and services and drive sales.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage retention and repeat business.
- Provide product demonstrations and tutorials to support the customer's purchasing decision.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls and virtual meetings with current and prospective customers.
- Renew and negotiate contract terms with current and previous customers.
- Schedule appointments with clients and accommodate their availability.
- Establish and consistently meet monthly sales quotas.
- Attend conferences and conventions to present SPEEGO's products and services to potential customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required, as this role serves SPEEGO's Vietnamese-speaking business clients and requires daily communication in both languages.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and genuinely interested in the logistics industry.
- Willingness and ability to accommodate extensive domestic travel.
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of the nail, beauty, or restaurant industries is preferred but not required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed base salary starting at $3,500.00 per month, with the potential for a higher starting salary based on relevant industry experience.
- Commission earned on closed sales.
