Hellas., Inc. headquartered in Austin, TX, is a nationwide company specializing in sports facility construction. We manufacture, install & resurface artificial turfs & synthetic surfaces while completing the design from start to finish. Hellas, Inc. is looking for a skilled Driver/ Laborer to join our team and increase our national presence with extensive traveling.
The Construction Laborer/Non-CDL Driver safely performs a wide variety of tasks and routine functions throughout the day to support construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing areas, setting up, and organizing materials
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Perform basic construction duties such as digging, leveling, and mixing materials.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Clean and maintain job sites, ensuring they are tidy and organized for the next phase of construction
- Drive both commercial and non-commercial motor vehicles matching current driver’s license
Qualifications
- *MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVEL 100% OF THE TIME*
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum of 1 year of recent construction experience working outdoors.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, and working in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools; ability to follow instructions and regulations on the job site
