Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customer with repair and maintenance needs.
- Price repair estimates, place parts orders.
- Maintain contact with customers throughout the repair process
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person in order to assure the best customer experience.
- Build relationships with customers and vendors through trust and respect.
Qualifications
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Proficient with DMS systems
- Valid Driver's license
- Prior Dealership or Independent shop experience is required.
