Insightful Therapy, LCSW, PLLC is bringing on new staff therapists! We are a holistic mental health private practice located in the heart of the village of Liverpool. The position is for a therapist comfortable working with adults and couples and has experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions and more. Staff therapists must demonstrate high levels of cultural competency and be well versed at working with people from a variety of backgrounds. Candidates will demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to advocacy and allyship. Clinicians with specialty areas encouraged to apply!

Duties:
- Maintain a caseload of 22 minimum client sessions per week; utilizing evidenced-based therapeutic practices
- Provide intake assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and discharge planning services to individuals and couples
- Participate in any staffing, clinical supervision, and required meetings
- Other duties as assigned

Salary: $40.00 - $58.00 per hour
