Carolina Air Experts is a growing HVAC company serving residential and commercial customers across the Carolinas. We do honest work, quality installations, and we take pride in doing the job right the first time. We're expanding and looking for skilled, dependable HVAC Installers to grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Install split systems, heat pumps, package units, and ductless mini-splits
- Replace and retrofit existing heating and cooling equipment
- Install, modify, and seal ductwork
- Connect refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and condensate drains per code
- Start up and test systems after installation
- Keep job sites clean and represent Carolina Air Experts professionally
- Complete job documentation accurately
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders and rooftops
Preferred:
- NC HVAC license
- Experience with Carrier, Trane, Lennox, or Rheem systems

Pay: $27.80 - $33.47 per hour
