Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have proven results and experience in Litigating Civil or Mass Tort Cases. Must have a strong desire to help injured people.
## Duties
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in legal matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues
- Draft legal documents such as agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients
## Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association in OHIO (or willing to become licensed in Ohio)
- Proven experience working as a Litigation Attorney in a law firm
- Strong knowledge of Litigation, Personal Injury Law, Trial Practice, negotiations, legal research, law office practices, research methodologies, write effectively for various audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
