About Us
Capital Air Express is a growing aviation company based in Peachtree City, Georgia. In addition to our private charter operation, our family of companies includes Atlanta Flying Club, one of the Southeast's premier flying clubs, and Base Leg Maintenance, a full-service aircraft maintenance facility.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys building lasting relationships. While this position is employed through Capital Air Express, your primary focus will be serving the members and prospective members of Atlanta Flying Club.
Position Summary
The Member Success Coordinator serves as the welcoming face of Atlanta Flying Club. From a prospective member's first phone call to their first flight and beyond, you'll help create an exceptional experience that reflects the professionalism and hospitality our organization is known for.
This is a relationship-focused role that combines customer service, member onboarding, sales support, and office coordination. You'll meet with prospective members, provide club tours, answer questions, guide new members through the onboarding process, and help ensure our existing members receive outstanding service every time they interact with the club.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective members and provide personalized club tours
- Explain membership options, policies, and club benefits
- Guide new members through the onboarding process
- Answer member questions by phone, email, and in person
- Assist members with scheduling, account questions, and general support
- Maintain accurate member records and documentation
- Follow up with prospective members and nurture membership leads
- Coordinate with flight instructors, maintenance personnel, and management to ensure a seamless member experience
- Help organize member events, fly-outs, and educational programs
- Resolve member concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support administrative operations within the aviation companies as needed
Qualifications
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new software and technology
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
Preferred qualifications:
- Aviation knowledge or a genuine interest in aviation
- Experience in hospitality, customer success, membership organizations, or sales
- CRM or scheduling software experience
