Hiring Commercial HVAC Technician:
Starting Pay: $35-80/hr
Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per year you can take up to 1 month off in total
Raise: 5% Raise per year
Who we are looking for: If you can properly charge with superheat and subcool and can braze, we are interested. MUST be able to read schematic and electrical knowledge is preferred.

What a workday at our company is like:
- Flexible Schedule: 40 hrs/week, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM, only 4-5 days.
- Various Daily Tasks: We are a small company that works on a variety of different HVAC equipment. From installing furnaces to maintenencing industrial boilers and chillers. If you are capable of doing it, (or willing to learn), we will have calls for you. We know this isn't for everyone, but if daily challenges interest you we encourage you to apply.
- Limited On-Call: Rarely emergency calls, about once every other month.
- Growing PTO: Starts at 1 week, 2 weeks at 2 years, 3 weeks at 3 years, 4 weeks at 5 years.
- Full License Coverage: We pay for your renewals.
*We are expecting an experienced tradesman. Unfortunately, we aren't looking for any apprentices right now.*
