About the Role As a Customer Service / Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers at the front counter. You will be trained from the ground up on our proven processes and systems. No automotive experience is required. We are looking for a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and the drive to succeed.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role with significant earning and growth potential.
What You Will Do
- Greet customers with energy and friendliness and create a welcoming first impression
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers regarding their vehicle needs
- Learn and follow our proven service and sales process
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Deliver a high level of hospitality and customer service
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Schedule
- Approximately 50 hours per week
