Seasonal CDL-B Dump & Septic Truck Driver
Looking for a dependable CDL-B driver for seasonal work (approx. April–Nov). Primary duties include driving a tandem dump truck to and from excavation and septic jobs, hauling material, and helping the crew on site. Occasional operation of our septic pump truck for residential pumping (pulling hose, digging up lids, installing risers, basic cleanup).
Requirements: Valid CDL-B with medical card and clean record. Comfortable with manual transmissions and tight residential driveways. Construction, dump, trash, or septic experience preferred. Must be willing and able to do physical labor and work in all weather.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with 40–55 hrs/week in season, occasional Saturdays during peak. Home every night.
Pay: Competitive hourly based on experience, overtime after 40, small-company work environment with good equipment.
Winter work: For the right candidate there is potential for winter plowing on the interstate as part of our snow operations, creating a path to more consistent year‑round hours.
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
