Job Description
Black Stallion Construction is seeking motivated and driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and earning based on performance.
As a Sales Representative, you will generate leads, inspect properties for potential storm damage, educate homeowners on repair and replacement options, and help guide customers through the sales and insurance claim process when applicable.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, networking, and community events
- Perform basic roof and exterior inspections
- Identify potential storm, wind, and hail damage
- Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutter, and restoration services
- Assist homeowners with insurance claim processes when needed
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and customers
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and sales activity
- Work closely with management to ensure projects move smoothly from sale to completion
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
- Construction, roofing, or insurance experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to safely climb ladders and inspect roofs
- Smartphone and basic technology skills
Compensation
- 10% Commission on completed projects
- Up to 15% Commission for experienced sales representatives
