Position Overview
- This role involves speaking exclusively with warm inbound motivated seller leads. You will build rapport to understand each individual seller’s situation, and negotiate win-win scenarios. Real estate knowledge is helpful but not required... our custom made, 4 week training program covers everything needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle warm inbound motivated seller leads (no cold calling)
- Build strong rapport and guide sellers through the sales process
- Conduct property evaluations and gather relevant details
- Present offers and negotiate terms
- Collaborate within a small, supportive, high-performance team
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience (real estate preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
