The firm was founded by Alykhan Sunderji, who started his career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and was a senior attorney at Amazon for nearly a decade.
The Role
We are seeking a corporate generalist attorney with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position offering broad exposure across transactional, advisory, and compliance matters, with direct client contact from day one. The right candidate will be comfortable diving deep into the businesses of our clients, both identifying legal risk and recommending solutions, and providing strategic advice.
Responsibilities
- Serve as day-to-day legal counsel to multiple clients in a fractional general counsel capacity
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts
- Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and closing mechanics
- Advise clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and organizational matters
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex transactions and client strategy
- Manage competing priorities across multiple client engagements
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate, transactional, or general commercial practice
- Admission to a U.S. state bar or Canadian law society in good standing; California, New York, or Washington bar admission preferred but not required
- Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills
- Ability to translate legal analysis into practical, business-oriented advice
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working directly with clients in an advisory capacity
Compensation
- Salary range: $120,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience
