We are not a union company. Training is provided. Experience with rigging / setting material on job sites and or reading blueprints is a plus. Starting pay will be based on experience. Pay raises are based on performance, not seniority. Transportation to job sites is provided. There will be occasional job sites that will require overnight stays. Hotel and perdiem (spending cash for food etc.) are provided for all overnight stays.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
-Must be able to pass a prehire drug screen and be in a random drug screen pool.
-Must be able to be at work daily and have a means and method to get to work everyday.
-Must be able to pass a BCI and FBI background check. We are often on State and Federal jobs.
-Must have a good driving record. Driving a company truck will be required sometimes. (Knowing how to pull a trailer and driving a one ton truck is a plus.) No CDL required.
-When there is not a job that requires our crew, you will be required to perform other task. Everyone is able to get at least 40 hours a week and generally as much overtime as you want. Your pay will stay the same for these other task, we do not decrease pay when you are doing other task that usually pay less.
