Crestpoint Advisory is a sales and development firm currently expanding Verizon FiOS reach in Middleboro. We are looking for a Verizon Team Member who can turn technical terms into friendly advice, driving sales through education and support. The Verizon Team Member will spend their days with customers and helping them realize that Verizon FiOS is the upgrade they’ve been waiting for to fix their internet concerns.
As a Verizon Team Member, your training takes a view of both technology and customer relationships. You'll master current FiOS offerings while developing the sales foresight to anticipate where a customer's needs are heading. The Verizon Team Member also practices asking questions that reveal not just today's usage but tomorrow's possibilities.
