Senior Project Manager – Roofing & Exteriors
Smith Roofing & Exteriors is seeking an experienced construction professional to join our leadership team as a Senior Project Manager.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, solving problems, driving accountability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple roofing and exterior remodeling projects while coordinating crews, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and internal teams. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, leadership, organization, and urgency.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production activities across multiple projects
- Drive schedule adherence, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct field inspections and quality control reviews
- Build strong relationships with crews, vendors, and customers
- Solve problems quickly and professionally
- Collaborate with company leadership to improve systems and processes
- Help develop and strengthen our production team
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, roofing, remodeling, restoration, or related trades
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience leading subcontractors and field personnel
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems without constant oversight
- Comfortable using technology and project management software
- Must be comfortable working at heights and performing roof inspections when necessary
- Must be able to safely climb ladders and access residential and commercial roofs
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience and demonstrated performance.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
