- Managing demolition projects
- Reviewing plans and procuring change orders
- Review of drawings and contract document to estimating demolition projects
- Coordination and development models using BIM
- Development of schedules
- Filing and Permitting coordination with city agencies.
- Site Visits are required to complete estimates

Pay: $42,323.00 - $80,000.00 per year
