Job Overview

Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Lead, train, and develop staff members to meet performance standards and enhance team skills
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to maintain safety and quality standards
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
- Handle cash management duties including POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures at all times
- Monitor customer service levels, address guest concerns promptly, and promote a welcoming atmosphere
- Conduct shift management activities such as scheduling staff, overseeing opening/closing procedures, and maintaining operational consistency
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with strong leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a food service environment
- Supervising experience with a focus on staff training, development, and team management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Background in hospitality management or culinary experience preferred; casual dining or banquet experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy shifts
- Experience with food industry standards including food handling certifications and health regulations
