This unique role offers hands-on training in both cutting-edge car key technology and sales, with unlimited potential for professional growth in a thriving industry.
Included Locations: we routinely commute to Bolingbrook, Orland Park, Plainfield, Yorkville, Merrillville, IN, and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and fobs, becoming proficient in car key technology.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with each interaction.
- Sales Development: Gain valuable experience in customer acquisition, sales processing, and relationship building.
- Data Management: Accurately input and manage customer information in our system, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Team Contribution: Demonstrate consistency in technical performance and sales efforts, supporting overall team success.
Qualifications:
- A positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Comfort in a physically active role, including getting in and out of cars, testing keys, and retrieving VINs.
