Travelers Rest Animal Hospital is a small privately owned animal clinic that has been serving the area for 20+ years. We are currently seeking a full-time customer service representative.
We are seeking a person with previous customer service experience.
Previous reception experience in the veterinary field would be beneficial but is not required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to help others. Our hospital is extremely busy and our days can get hectic, so the ideal candidate would be able to compartmentalize and function well under busy and fast-paced conditions.
This role entails (but is not limited to)
- answering phone calls
- appointment scheduling
- greeting clients
- client check-in/check out
- payment processing
- patient record keeping
- front of house cleaning
*A typical schedule will consist of 4 days per week (7:30 am - 6 pm) with a rotational Saturday (7:30 am -12 pm).
*Our computer software is Ezyvet, so any background knowledge of that system would be a plus.
