As a Tile Installer, you will be responsible for laying tiles with precision and expertise, ensuring high-quality installations. Reporting to the project manager, your core skills in construction and tile laying will be essential in executing projects efficiently.
Job requirements include having reliable daily transportation to and from job sites, a mobile phone, proper documentation, and be able to perform the demands of a physical job. Communicating properly with the client and a presentable appearance is also a must. We are currently looking for someone with prior experience in remodeling and tile installation that can work solo and with a helper. We are also looking for someone with less skills but eager to learn and help. Starting pay will depend on experience level and if you have any of your own tools. A background check may be required.
Job duties can include prepping job site to protect area from damage during work, using hand/power tools, carrying up to 80 pounds, communicating efficiently, problem solving, general remodeling tasks as well as installing tile substrate, tile and other tile related products.
