Apex Pool Construction is looking for experienced residential swimming pool contractors throughout the Phoenix metro area.
We're looking for contractors who already know how to estimate, sell, and manage custom swimming pool projects and want a consistent source of new business.

Compensation
$10,000-$40,000+ monthly
- Contractor receives 85% of each completed project
- 2-3 qualified appointments per day
- Project values from $40K-$250K
- Successful contractors commonly complete $450K-$600K in monthly projects
You'll Be Responsible For
- Meeting homeowners
- Designing pools
- Preparing estimates
- Closing projects
- Managing construction
- Building and coordinating subcontractor crews
- Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Must be licensed
- Minimum 5 years of swimming pool construction
- Sales experience
- Customer-facing communication
