Overview
USA Flooring is seeking a Staff Accountant to support accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. This role will help ensure the accuracy of accounting records while supporting internal controls and process improvements.
Duties
- Reconcile the bank statement weekly.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Review vendor payment batches and accounting transactions
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support financial reporting and special projects.
Skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
- 4+ years of accounting and analysis experience required.
- Previous experience in an industry with inventory is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
