Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 / hour (Dependent on Experience)

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Scheduler, you will be the face and voice of AirHawk Air Conditioning. Operating out of our local branch, you will handle inbound inquiries and make proactive outreach calls to coordinate schedules, book maintenance appointments, and ensure our field technicians are set up for success.
High-Volume Appointment Booking: Answer inbound customer calls and conduct outbound follow-ups to schedule service, maintenance, and system installation appointments.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination: Deliver precise, detailed appointment data to field technicians and sales teams to ensure efficient routing and seamless service.
Data Entry & Tracking: Accurately log calling metrics, booking rates, and customer interaction details into our proprietary dispatching software.
Quality Assurance: Connect with homeowners post-service to gauge satisfaction, resolve minor issues, and maintain AirHawk’s 5-star reputation.
Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, billing paperwork, and team support as needed by the Branch Manager.
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, call center, or retail environments preferred (HVAC, plumbing, or roofing dispatch experience is a major plus!).
License: Valid driver’s license.
Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
Communication: Exceptional verbal tone and written communication skills—you know how to turn a frustrated caller into a happy customer.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multi-line phone systems, CRM software, and standard office applications.
Speed & Efficiency: Proven ability to multi-task, manage tight schedules, and work productively with minimal direct supervision.
Reliability: A track record of punctual, dependable, and consistent attendance.
Standard professional office environment.
Ability to operate computers, phones, and peripheral office equipment daily.
Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing at a workstation) for extended periods.
