Position: Family Sales Advisor
Responsibilities:
Guiding families through end of life decisions. Advising and assisting families with immediate (At
Need) decisions and future (Pre-Need) planning.
Major Job Duties–
- Compassionately meeting with families about their At Need and Pre-Need end of life decisions and plans.
- Reaching out to families after burials
- Discussing future end of life plans with families and their relatives
- Compose sales contracts
- Work with office administrator to insure proper record keeping
Minor Job Duties –
- Understanding/Familiarity with Cemetery Maps
- Identifying graves of loved ones
- Sending condolence cards and keeping in touch with families
Salary plus commission is $60,000 to $110,000. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision and the option to contribute to a 403B. There are 13 paid holidays plus 4 paid half days before specific Holidays and 2 weeks of vacation to start.
