Production Operator
Taylor, TX | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Multiple Openings — 1st & 2nd Shift

Lingo Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a growing, ISO-certified manufacturer in Taylor, TX — a company that's been engineering premium, American-made worksurfaces for decades and is expanding its team right now.

Pay & Schedule Pay: $18.16 – $20.24 per hour, depending on position and shift — 2nd shift earns a higher rate. Paid weekly.
Base Schedule: Monday – Thursday (4-day base schedule)
- 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime and weekend work are required as production demands — candidates must be available for both. Open Positions You'll be matched to a position based on your shift preference and availability.
Molding Operator — $19.24 – $20.24/hr (1st & 2nd shift)
- Operate molding equipment to cast high-performance resin products
- Produce products to exact specifications
- Perform quality inspections and maintain production efficiency
Cure Oven Operator — $18.20 – $19.20/hr (1st & 2nd shift)
- Operate and monitor industrial cure ovens
- Load and unload materials
- Maintain production schedules and quality requirements
Finishing Tech / Packer — $18.16/hr (2nd shift)
- Sand and finish manufactured products to a premium standard
- Pack completed products for shipment
- Maintain quality standards throughout the production process

What It Takes
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more on a repetitive basis
- Ability to wear a respirator and work in a dusty environment (PPE provided; must be able to pass a respirator fit test)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Availability for overtime and weekend work when production requires it
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
