Multi-Site Registered Dietitian
Core Healthcare – Pittsburgh Region
Core Healthcare is currently seeking a Registered Dietitian to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania region. This position plays a vital role in ensuring residents receive high-quality nutritional care while supporting clinical and dietary teams across several locations.

Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments for residents in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards
- Develop and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
- Provide dietary recommendations and interventions to support resident health outcomes
- Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations related to nutrition services
- Provide guidance and support to dietary managers and kitchen staff
- Monitor menu compliance, therapeutic diets, and food service quality
- Assist with survey readiness and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Licensed Dietitian in the State of Pennsylvania
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently across multiple facilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
