Responsibilities

- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that all vehicles are presented in optimal condition.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales progress and managing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Support marketing initiatives through public speaking engagements and community events.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in math for calculating financing options and payment plans.
- Experience in outbound sales techniques is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales support software is beneficial.
- Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with customers and present vehicles confidently.
