We are looking for a high-energy, reliable Line Cook to join our team! This is a fast-paced environment that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We pride ourselves on a positive kitchen culture and are looking for a creative team player who isn't afraid to "jump in" and help wherever needed.
Schedule (Part-Time):
- Wed & Thu: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sat & Sun: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a fast-paced breakfast line (eggs, griddle, etc.) with speed and precision.
- Prepare high-quality lunch and dinner items according to recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely ticket fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Line Cook experience (Required).
- Specialty: Proven experience in high-volume breakfast service is a must.
- Attitude: Positive, punctual, and a proactive "team-first" mentality.
- Skills: Strong knife skills and comfort working with kitchen grills and flat-tops.
- Certifications: Valid ServSafe Food Handler certification (preferred).
