Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous feed mill, agriculture, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
- Primarily in a control room inside the feed mill
- Exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift 50-60 pounds
