We are looking for a friendly and efficient Pizza Attendant to join our team at Pudge’s Pizza. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Your ability to multitask and work under pressure will help enhance the overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Greeting: Warmly greet customers as they enter the restaurant, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Transaction Processing: Accurately accept payments in cash and through credit or debit cards for items purchased, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries, assist with menu questions, and resolve any price discrepancies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Cash Register Management: Maintain accurate transactions by balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift and reconciling sales figures at the end of the shift.

Food Preparation: Prepare pizzas and assist with other food prep tasks as needed, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.

Food Presentation: Place food servings on plates or trays and monitor food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that special dietary guidelines are followed.

Tray Loading: Load trays with necessary accessories such as utensils, napkins, and condiments to facilitate efficient service.

Item Packaging: Bag, box, and wrap purchased items for takeout orders to ensure a pleasant presentation.

Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to support restaurant operations and enhance guest experience.
Qualifications:

Previous experience providing excellent customer service and hospitality in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure while collaborating with bussers, cooks, and other staff.

Basic mathematical skills to accurately handle cash transactions and provide change.

Experience operating a point-of-sale system and handling money with accuracy.

Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Fully bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
