Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, focusing on business-to-business (B2B) sales and lead generation
- Engage potential customers with compelling pitches that highlight the value of our technology solutions and services
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
- Qualify leads through effective questioning, understanding client needs, and identifying opportunities for business development
- Negotiate terms and close sales by addressing customer objections confidently and professionally
- Maintain a high level of customer service by providing clear information, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
