Rent in Alaska is seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our property management team! This position plays a key role in providing excellent customer service to tenants, owners, and vendors while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, tenants, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate team members
- Assist tenants with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and application processes
- Manage office supplies, inventory and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
- Support property managers with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support (property management or real estate experience a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite and general computer use
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
